1. Ticketing & Entry

• All attendees must hold a valid ticket for the specific date and category purchased to gain entry.

• Tickets are delivered digitally via Platinumlist SafeTickets with secure dynamic QR codes.

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Please check your booking carefully before confirming.

• Entry is free for children under 12 years old (has to be accompanied by parent or guardian).

• Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Re-entry is not permitted.

2. Event Modifications & Cancellations

• In the unlikely event of postponement or cancellation, refunds will be processed as per the event organizer’s policy.

• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the line-up, schedule, venue layout, or arena access without prior notice.

3. Prohibited Items

• For the safety and enjoyment of all, the following are strictly prohibited inside the venue:

• Professional cameras, drones, tripods, monopods, tablets, and recording devices.

• Alcohol, illegal drugs, or controlled substances.

• Weapons, sharp objects, or items that may be used as projectiles.

• Aerosols, permanent markers, or laser pointers.

• Food and beverages purchased outside the festival (only those purchased within ASF zones are permitted).

• Glow sticks, LED signs, or illuminated objects.

• Animals are not allowed.

4. Security & Conduct

• All attendees are subject to security checks at entry. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry without refund.

• MCB maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior. The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates these terms.

• Photography, videography, and audio recording are not permitted unless authorized by the organizer.

5. Personal Responsibility

• The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
